My camera is like an emotional burning glass for me. With the lens, I see people right into their heart. I see their sadness, their pain, their passion, their love. I dive into them and bring their hidden emotions to the surface. Their life is in front of me. The portrait is the concentrate of their life at that moment.

I love this work. It’s like coming home for me. It is my island. No matter where my path takes me for a shoot.

My talent is to get so involved with the person during the shoot that they open up to me completely. This results in extremely precious moments for me. Some pictures capture such private emotions that you can’t show them in public. That touches me deeply every time.

I only found my way to portrait photography in the course of time. But already my decision to become a hairdresser had to do with my interest in people and my love to support others in their self-expression. Not to forget, the creative aspect. How does the other person see himself? How does he want to be seen? How can I support him in combining both in such a way that he finds himself in it? With my hair salon, I combine both passions: since 2016, you can visit changing exhibitions here. Just come by once in a while!

In larger circles, I like to keep myself in the background. In doing so, I always become an eye-catcher myself through my tattoos. Free according to the motto: Show yourself simply by being there. You can build on my loyalty. Feel at home in front of my camera. I only reveal that of you, what you yourself also want to reveal.
